Jason Dahlin takes great pride in all work he completes. His personal vehicles, house and garage are always kept in better than new condition. Jason's mechanical aptitude is very high and he "just knows" how things work and go together. When Jason is unsure about something or things just don't seem right, he digs deep into the issue to find a true resolution. Jason is not just a parts changer. He figures out why a part failed. Did it fail because another part is not working correctly and putting too much stress on the part that failed or is it a bad design and the part is only expected to live that long? These are the questions and answers Jason comes up with. Give him a shot, you will not be disappointed!

Jason Dahlin was my employee from 2016 through 2019 when I left to pursue other professional interests. During that time Jason demonstrated, what I consider to be exemplary leadership, professionalism, and functional expertise beyond what I expected upon hiring him.

Jason rarely acted on impulse. Rather, he efficiently garnered necessary data, polled his team for opinions, and consulted other industry experts and presented options for any given challenge. People viewed Jason positively. Our team came to expect that when Jason brought something to the table – it was not for simple sake of conversation. It meant something. Jason embraced team concepts, always acted with the highest degree of integrity, and built a foundation on trust, knowledge, and typically the betterment of those with whom he interacted. Jason worked hard at transitioning from transactional to transformational leadership. Jason was not afraid to challenge the norm but also willing to concede whenever appropriate.

As a former employee of mine, I view Jason as one of the best hires I have made. This was not because he always made my life easy. Jason challenged me as well and caused me to rethink paradigms I had held on to. I am grateful for that. With all that said, I write this for Jason with a tremendous sense of pride, gratitude, and respect.

I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Jason Dahlin for the last six years. I met Jason in late 2016

while he was an Area Maintenance Manager for a large environmental services company, and I was a Key Account Manager for Heil Environmental. During this time, I’ve found Jason to be an honest, trustworthy, honorable, and ambitious person. Our professional relationship involved the sale, Maintenance, Quality and support of hundreds of refusecollection vehicles in a 9 State Area.

Covering such a large geographical area with a large book of business, challenges would occur from time to time. Jason was always firm, fair, and professional in communicating his expectations. He consistently leveraged all training channels possible to assist in developing and growing his team.

When working through issues or communicating desired product enhancements, Jason always used the word “we” and was a true partner. One of Jason’s strongest strengths was getting to root causes in troubleshooting equipment and clearly communicating the root cause with supporting facts, pictures, and data.

I have enjoyed my relationship with Jason on a professional level but also on a personal level. I have no doubt that he will be successful in whatever future endeavors he may pursue.
